What I do
I work as Lead Prodcut Designer and UX Researcher on web projects, applications, video games, software packages and SaaS.
Design management
As a Lead designer, my goal is to coordinate the design team to increase their skills, whilst pushing for a global approach to research and design thinking. I always try to understand how to improve things I work on, seek to facilitate processes and give meaning to tasks for me and the people who surround me.
From start to finish, I design interfaces and services that correspond to user needs and the company’s vision and budget.
Product Design and UX Research
I carry out workshops to quickly explore, allow users and collaborators to be a part of the project. I follow the project every step of the way (eye-tracking for interfaces, role-playing for service, etc.) to confirm hypotheses and move in the right direction.
I use this information to create functional and visually appealing digital products that meet user needs.
When in contact with users, I collect their needs, analyze their expectations, apprehensions and more, to create the documentation needed the teams.
