Context

As part of my work as a Product Designer at Bimpli, I had to design an in-house customer management web application.
For this I worked in synergy with the product owner and various business users.
Texts and images in screens have been modified so as not to disclose confidential information.

A complex web app

I was in charge of re-thinking the paths of a complex web application, which is a back-office for managing customers, services, accounting and more. It is a complex application on which many different professionals work daily.

And so many needs

To be aware of all of them, I first planned discovery workshops in collaboration with the Product Owner (to discover the scope, the existing application and the users).

I also took the time to get to know and understand the different teams and collaborators who would use the product.
I carried out different interviews, design workshops and tests.

On a complex and large-scale project like this, I was lucky to be able to count on the resources, advices and the design system of a competent and caring studio.

With a internally developed design system and support I was able to get into the project quickly and move forward easily.

Thanks to all this, the project is progressing well, is very well received by users, and should be finished in early 2023.
